CHEESE BALLS RECIPE | CHEESE BALLS

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 boiled potatoes
  • 2-4 coriander leaves
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped carrot 
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 1tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 3tbsp corn flour
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp chili flacks
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1tbsp wheat flour
  • 1cup bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

How to make:

  • Take a bowl and add boiled potatoes in it and mash them to smooth,
  • Add chopped coriander leaves, capsicum, carrot, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, 1tbsp corn flour, oregano, chili flacks, lemon juice, 1tbsp wheat flour and salt to taste,
  • Now mix all the ingredients well and make a smooth paste with which we can make a ball and keep the bowl aside,
  • Take another bowl and add remaining corn flour and add water that dissolve without any lumps, Make a lite liquid paste,
  • Now take 2-3 drops oil in your hand and grease your hands,
  • Take around 2tbsp potato mixture into hand and roll it in round shape like disc,
  • Now place the cheese cube  at the center and roll it and  make a round ball,
  • Dip in corn flour liquid and coat bread crumbs all around it,
  • Repeat same process of making ball to whole potato mix,
  • Now take a deep fry pan and add oil in it for deep frying with high flame,
  • Once the oil is heated slow down the flame,
  • Drop all the cheese balls carefully into the heated oil,
  • Deep fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn light brown,
  • Remove all the balls and drain on paper 
  • So, all cheese potato balls are ready to serve
  • Serve hot with cool catch-up.
